Drone geophysics as hot topic at SAGEEP conference in Arizona

#SAGEEP2024 from Environmental and Environmental and Engineering Geophysical Society (EEGS) was running in Tucson, Arizona this year. SENSYS – Magnetometers & Survey Solutions attended and showcasing the MAGDRONE on booth #11. The sessions handled all current geophysical challenges, but UXO search and the emerging use of drones as well.

On the last day we also participated in the #SGDRS demonstration of drone-basesd geophysical survey systems at Christopher Columbus Park, showcasing cutting-edge applications using #GPR, #EM, #Mag, #Bathymetry an many more. Lighter, faster and more compact – progressing R&D reveal incredibly new perspectives of geophysical data acquisition using drones, especially regarding the speed up and quality improvement of measurements.

We got amazing impressions of sensor systems carried by UAVs like the Inspired Flight IF1200A, arcsky X55, Wingtra One Gen II, DJI M350 and also got the chance to share the stage with Matīss Brants, Mary Darling, Tucson, Maik Wolleben and Ron Bell demonstrating our experience in developing and manufacturing our SENSYS MagDrone applications R1, R3 and R4.

We were very grateful for the learning experience and the chance to connect with fellow industry professionals.
