General Questions about our Products & Services

How can I purchase your products?

You can either purchase our products directly from us by getting in contact via phone, email, skype or our website chat tool. Alternatively, you can have a look to our partner site to consult with one of our local agents that will help you to decide for the right product.

Can I also rent or trial your products?

Besides buying our products, you can also rent them directly from us or from some of our partners. If you are not sure what kind of equipment is available by whom, please ask us directly and we will guide you.

Are you shipping worldwide?

Indeed, we ship to any destination that regulations for import and export allow us. Some of our products might require special custom handling, some might need a special registration and export allowance. Overall, we will check upfront any sale if delivery to your place is possible or which alternatives we have. You are also welcome to organize pick up and shipment on your own. Last but not least, you are always welcome to give us a visit, enjoy some coffee at our exciting satellite base and pick up your purchased equipment directly.

Do you also deliver in person?

We surely do – as long as the place for delivery and training is safe. We love to come over and have a first-hand impression about your field conditions and to make sure our equipment is used under these conditions in the best way it can.

Do you provide instruction or on-site training?

How can I pay?

We usually provide our bank account details for your wire transfer. You can also pay cash in Euro if you pick up your product at our premises. We don’t accept credit card or PayPal.

Other Questions regarding Special Services

Are you doing repair for other detectors than yours?

Yes, please have look to our Repair Service site and get in contact with us to double check. We usually do check and repair for known detectors on a technical depot level, meaning we can open and close housings, repair wiring, broken solder joints, do pressure and offset tests to make sure your unit functions according to its specification.

Are you doing on-site repairs?

In principle we do and the best is to get in contact with us to specify your requirements and check with us for the best way to do that.

Are you certified to a certain standard?

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. That means we an implemented and running quality management system to traceable fulfill our own high expectations and quality standards and to give evidence of what we do and how sustainable our products and services are.

Are you fulfilling any DIN?

SENSYS participated in setting up a DIN series (54145) to improve the way sensors and detectors for UXO search in Germany get built and validated for repeatable results to give assurance of performance to the once working with it and confirm about clearance with their signature. Hence, we comitt to follow that DIN 54145-1 and -2 dealing specifically with magnetometers and electromagnetics.
